2. General information

Personal data is processed only where necessary to operate this website, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.

3. Website hosting and server logs

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, operating system and referrer URL. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably.

This data is processed solely to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security and enable technical administration.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and technically reliable operation of the website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting provider: Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

Vercel Privacy Notice

As the hosting provider is based in the United States, personal data may be transferred to a third country. Appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are relied upon for this transfer.

4. Project inquiries and contact form

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is processed in order to review and respond to your inquiry. This may include your name, company, email address, project type, budget, timeline and project description.

The purpose of the processing is to identify you, assess your inquiry and handle any resulting communication.

Depending on the content of the inquiry, processing is based on pre-contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or on the legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Required fields are necessary to process the inquiry. Without this information, the inquiry may not be handled through the form.

5. Email delivery through Resend

The contact form uses Resend to transmit project inquiries by email. The submitted information is therefore processed through Resend's infrastructure for the purpose of delivering the message.

The processing serves to technically deliver your inquiry and to send you an automatic confirmation by email.

Provider: Resend, Inc., United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards must be used in accordance with the GDPR. The exact safeguards and contractual documentation should be reviewed before launch.

6. Retention period

Inquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the inquiry, conduct possible pre-contractual communication and comply with legal retention obligations. Unsuccessful general inquiries should be deleted after an appropriate period unless a legal reason requires longer retention.

Technical server log data is generally stored only for a short period and is then deleted or anonymised, unless it is required as evidence in the event of a security incident.

This website currently uses only technically necessary storage where required for language selection or essential functionality. No advertising or analytics cookies are intentionally used at this stage.

Personal data is only shared with third parties where this is necessary for the purposes described above, in particular with the hosting and email service providers named in this policy, or where there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. International data transfers

Where personal data is transferred to service providers outside the European Economic Area, this is based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
